Job Processing Data
When you book a job or quotation with ADC Property Solutions Ltd or when one of our clients request we carry out works at your property we collect certain information in order to be able to complete the works. This information will include your name, address data, email and contact number. This will be stored on our Office 365 calendar and also our accounting system (Kashflow). Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
Cookies are small files saved to the user's computer’s hard drive that track, save and store information about the user's interactions and usage of the website. This allows the website, through its server to provide the users with a tailored experience within this website. Users are advised that if they wish to deny the use and saving of cookies from this website on to their computers hard drive they should take necessary steps within their web browsers security settings to block all cookies from this website and its external serving vendors.
Other cookies may be stored to your computer’s hard drive by external vendors when this website uses referral programs, sponsored links or adverts. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
As part of booking works with ADC Property Solutions Ltd or the registration of interest about our services we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We will only occasional send emails to update you about ADC Property Solutions and its services. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our emails/newsletters. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will only share personal data with others when we are legally permitted to do so. When we share data with others, we put contractual arrangements and security mechanisms in place to protect the data and to comply with our data protection, confidentiality and security standards.
We may share personal information with our employees, sub-contractors and suppliers but only in order to complete the works required. Information is also shared with government and law enforcement agencies such as the HMRC.
